We keep it simple and personal. After a free discovery call we send a short proposal, then move through four stages, Discovery, Design, Build and Launch. You'll always know what's happening next, who owns each step, and we check in regularly rather than disappearing for weeks. You can reach a real person the whole way through.
What do you need from me to start?
To begin we'll put together a short brief together, covering your goals, your customers, the pages you need, any words or photos you already have, and examples of sites you love. Don't worry if you're starting from scratch, we guide you through every question, and we can help with photography and copywriting where you need it.
How long does a project take?
A Simple Site can be live within a week once we have your content. Larger, bespoke projects usually run three to six weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly we can get everything we need from you. We'll give you a clear timeline in your proposal before anything begins.
What's included in the price?
Every package includes design, build, mobile-friendly layouts, being set up to be found on Google, and your domain connected with the tech handled for you. Prices are honest starting points in AUD, and we'll always tell you the full cost up front, no surprises. Extras like extra pages, branding and copywriting are available on request.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
Yes. Our Take the Reins and Full Works packages let you change words and photos anytime, with a friendly editor and simple how-to guides, no tech skills needed. Prefer to leave it with us? Our Care option keeps everything updated and running for you.
